Parks and Recreation classes are designed to introduce young students to the beginning concepts of ballet terminology and technique of classical ballet. Students will be given performance opportunities through in-house demonstrations and annual recitals. This program is an ideal introduction for students ages 3 through 6 years old.

Pre-Ballet
Introductory ballet and tap for children ages 3 through 5 years old.
Required Attire:
Girls: Pink leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes, tap shoes.
Boys: White T-Shirt, black tights, white socks, white ballet shoes, tap shoes.

Ballet 1
Recommended for ages 5 through 7 years old. Beginning level. First year ballet introduces the student to basic positions, steps, terminology, and technique of russian ballet.
Required Attire:
Girls: Powder blue leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes.
Boys: White T-Shirt, black tights, white socks, white ballet shoes.
